To initiate a revocation most effectively with us, use the “Return order” function in your order overview in your customer account.

Orders that you’ve placed as a guest, through PayPal Express, or Amazon Pay won’t be directly shown in your regular customer account. However, you still have the option to access the order overview for guest orders and start the return process here.
