For the pay on delivery service, DHL charges an extra fee that we cover with an extra 5.00 € shipping charge. When only ordering vouchers/gift cards, you cannot pay with cash on delivery.

Shipment #
We mostly ship your goods with DHL or UPS and freight carrier. In order to be more flexible and guarantee a quick delivery, we also use other shipping companies, if needed. The decision which company to use is made during the shipping preparation, and we cannot have any influence on it beforehand.
Items that are in stock will reach you in about 7-10 working days within Europe and in about 5-19 working days outside of Europe, depending on the country of destination.
